Toenail fungus, fingernail fungus, common. So many people have it.
You know somebody that has a toenail fungus, right?
So where do we get toenail or fingernail fungus? We catch it.
We have to actually catch it somewhere, somehow.
The shower is the big place right there, the shower.
So public showers, right? What's a public shower?
A public shower is a hotel shower, a shower that's not your own where only you shower in there.
Here's what's interesting. You can go to a public place, right? You can go to like exactly a hotel,
use a hotel room, hotel shower, and catch the nail fungus and it not show up or develop or turn into
anything for a decade, for two years, five years, a decade, 20 years. And then it shows up later,
later on. But you can also be someone who gets into a hotel, you're showering in the shower,
and you catch it immediately and it develops within that month or the next month or even two,
three weeks later, it starts to develop. So let's go into little details on how that works. First of
all, if you're someone and it happens fast, it means you're more zinc deficient. It means you
have issues with your immune system. We'll cover that a little bit. If you're someone that it
hasn't developed right away, where it comes years later, then you might have a stronger immune system.
And we'll cover that too and how that works.
Like what makes or breaks the immune system to allow a nail fungus to really develop and grow.
Now here's the thing.
Everybody's exposed.
Everybody.
So everybody's exposed to nail fungus one way or another.
People who get their nails done, right?
The nail salon.
They're all exposed to the nail fungus.
They always are, right?
Some people develop it.
Some people don't.
Okay.
So what happens is the nail fungus stays on us and in us around our nails, even if we don't see a development, even if we don't see a nail fungus progression, it's still there. We live with it. Everybody has it in their system, so to speak. So around their nails, around the cuticles, around the edge of their nails, around the edge of their toes.
and now there's this whole thing about people say well you need your feet exposed to the air
need your feet exposed to the sun you need your hands exposed to the sun that keeps nail fungus
down it keeps it away but that's not accurate that's not how it works there's people out there
that walk around in sandals they live in sandals there's people that live in sunny places
in the world and they're in sandals all the time and they got lots of nail fungus where all their
nails are all chewed up. They're really overburdened with fungus, right? Half falling off and they're
in sandals. They're in sandals. They're in the sun. They're walking around. They're on the beach
and they have all this fungus on their feet. So it's not true. It's not about if you're somebody
that wears a boot or a shoe all the time and you're closed off to air and closed off the sun
and you're most likely going to catch it versus somebody who's flip-flopping around and flip-flops
living their life on the beach that's not accurate at all. Each person can get it. In fact, the funny
thing is if someone has a boot on all their life, which I don't recommend, but if they have a shoe
on their whole life, which I don't recommend, right, and they're doing that, there's a good
chance they won't catch it because they're not exposing their toenails to places that could pick
it up versus somebody in a sandal all the time that could actually get exposed some way somehow.
Now, just being in a restaurant with your feet underneath the table and your toes touching
the edge of the table where someone else had their toes touching the edge of the table,
you can actually easily catch it.
Fungi is interesting where it spreads easy, the spores get on things easy, so it's easy
to catch when your feet are exposed.
So the whole myth is, no, you need your feet in the sunlight, which is good for other reasons
to do, by the way, but that's not going to protect you necessarily against nail fungus.
So let's go into why it happens.
So liver's a big part of it.
I talked about this in liver wrap.
Sorry, I talked about this actually in cleanse to heal too.
So in cleanse to heal, if the liver is stagnant, sluggish, burdened for a lot of reasons,
then vitamin and mineral processing changes, conversions change.
If the liver's overburdened and it's not converting vitamins and nutrients easy,
then we end up getting zinc deficiencies.
and someone if they're not taking enough zinc they can't defend themselves from a nail fungus
now if you go to the doctor they're just going to give you a topical you know a topical solution
they'll say here's an antifungal you put it topically put it around your toes put it on
your fingers and a lot of people that helps and it makes it go away but it's tricky because
because fungus can become resistant and then you need a stronger antifungal. So pharmaceutical
companies, they try to come out with stronger antifungals because the fungus that someone may
have gets knocked back. It gets killed off, but there's always a little bit left and that little
bit survives and then becomes resistant to the antifungal later on becoming a problem in their
life down the road, right? Another thing too, antifungal pills. So pharmaceutical companies
are developing a lot stronger antifungal pills for fungus issues like feet fungus, like the nail
fungus and all that. It's another tricky situation because whatever it is that's inside the body,
whatever that fungus is, becomes resistant to that drug. So doing it naturally, building up
our immune system or natural reserves is key. It's critical to fixing a nail fungus issue,
toenail or fingernail fungus issue, right? So let's go into it a little bit more. If the liver
is struggling, burdened, overburdened, stagnant, sluggish, right? Toxins, poisons, a lot of toxic
heavy metals, pesticides, all this other stuff that ends up inside our liver, all the fragrances
we deal with, right? Scented candles, all of that stuff gets trapped inside the liver. It weakens
the liver. Then the liver can't convert as well. That means when you eat a food, when you have
any kind of food that you believe is nutritious, it doesn't matter what that food is, whatever
nutrients are in it, the liver has a more difficult time of converting that nutrient
to use it for other things inside your body.
So when that happens, we have immune system weaknesses that develop.
Now, here's the other thing.
If you're somebody that has any kind of viral issue, low-grade viral issue,
you become more susceptible now to nail fungus, to fungus issues like nail fungus, toenail fungus,
because you've got a low-grade viral issue that's taking advantage of your immune system,
meaning your immune system is using all of its powers or most of its powers on controlling and
keeping in check a virus whether it's herpes simplex one herpes simplex two whether it's
cytomegla virus shingles whether it's epstein-var okay your body your body's immune system's keeping
it in check keeping it under control and as it's doing that it can't get down to those toes so
easy and say, hey, let me eat up this nail fungus at the same time. So your white count,
your body's immune cells can't get down there and be like, let me try to kind of, you know,
let me parole the feet and make sure the nail fungus doesn't get out of control in this person
when it's too busy trying to, you know, patrol and take care of the Epstein-Barr or the shingles
or set of megalovirus or the herpes simplex one. So a lot of people have the really bad cases of
nail fungus also have low-grade viral issues where the immune system is burdened along with
stagnant sluggish liver. So healing liver, getting it stronger, you know, like celery juice and other
things that are medical medium tools helps with the nail fungus problems because you're restoring
your immune system. You're cleaning up a stagnant sluggish burdened liver. You're lowering viral
issues throughout the body. You're getting out heavy metals with medical medium protocols, right?
And then, miraculously, the toenails get better, the fingernails get better, and fungus starts to back down because your immune system's overcompensating and starting to eat up the fungus versus having to get the antifungals.
And then you end up with that resistance, that antifungal resistance issue.
Anyway, this concludes this nail fungus talk right here on this newsletter video, and I can't wait to see you guys next week.
